Our Story

As a real estate attorney, I've had the incredible opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the industry, representing major financial institutions and top private equity firms. But as I developed my practice over the years, I realized that my true passion lay in leveraging my institutional background to help emerging real estate entrepreneurs navigate commercial real estate transactions.

And as much as I enjoy working with entrepreneurs, I’ve also noticed that my services are mostly reserved for larger deals, and that emerging sponsors with the potential and drive to succeed are often left without the guidance and resources to better achieve their goals. That's why I founded CRE-Source.com with the goal of providing educational resources, tips, and insights to help real estate owners and operators succeed. Our mission is to empower every entrepreneur with the knowledge and resources needed to confidently execute their transactions, regardless of the size or complexity.
