I am a transactional real estate attorney and partner at Rimon Law, where my practice is dedicated to representing real estate entrepreneurs in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. With a background representing institutional lenders and capital partners, I now leverage my expertise to help borrowers and sponsors efficiently navigate sophisticated office, retail, and multi-family transactions.
